How to use this site
Welcome to ISHICO. To make your ordering as easy as possible we have provided on line help throughout this website.
Searching for a product.
To find an item you must first choose a category located at the left of the screen. First select the category and click
You will then be presented with the whole range of products in the selected category. You can either choose your product from this list OR refine you search by using related specifications.
When you have reached the Product Details you can select the quantity you wish to purchase followed by clicking the Add to Basket icon. If you are a frequent buyer then u can just use the multi buy function and just buy from the list of products displayed.
Shopping Basket
Once you have added an item to the basket you will have the opportunity to change the quantity, delete the item, view the details again or add more items. As you add more items to the shopping basket, it will automatically add up the total cost of the goods you have chosen.
It automatically tells you how much delivery you will need to pay.
There are multiple ways to search ISHICO; this guide will help you to find what you are looking for.
Search by Keyword
This search facility allows you to search for a given word in the titles of all our products. This is most useful when you want to find a specific sort of product, i.e. a saw. If you want to search for a category of product, i.e. low voltage lighting, then it is best to use the navigation bar on the left.
Search by Catalogue Number
If you know the code of a product then enter it here to retrieve the details. The prefix in the catalogue does not need to be entered, just the number. i.e. MAB1005 can be entered as simply 1005.
Left Navigation
This works like a tree structure, you start at the top category and narrow your criteria down each time. When the results are narrowed down to ten or less, they will all be displayed.
Search by Catalogue
If you have your catalogue handy this tool is for you. It allows you to simply add code and quantity into a table, each time you do so the table retrieves the product data and at the same time checks stock availability. This refreshing process may irritate some people, but without it the user would not be informed of out of stock products until they submitted the entire form.
